Councillors' Surgery

An opportunity for Polegate residents to speak to their Councillors about issues that affect them and the town. Polegate Town Councillors David Watts and Angela Snell will be holding a Councillors' surgery on Saturday the 5th September.

Polegate Town Council Mayor's Junior Art Competition - deadline extended to 4th September

A chance for budding young artists to have their work displayed at the Town Council offices. Children aged 16 or under who are resident in Polegate are eligible to enter a piece of artwork on a particular theme. All artwork submitted will be scrutinized by four independent judges and cash prizes will be awarded to the winners. The deadline for submissions has been extended to the 4th September so there is still plenty of time to enter!

Wealden Flood Prevention and Preparedness Project

Brightling Road Recreation Ground improvements

Polegate Town Council is proposing to improve the facilities at Brightling Road Leisure Grounds.

A meeting took place on the 15th July at the United Reformed Church Hall in Polegate, at which the proposals were discussed. Details of the planned improvements will be made available in due course.

 

Street Learning courses for Wealden residents

Free training and learning programmes for Wealden and Eastbourne residents at various venues around the District.

Polegate Town Council is seeking sponsorship of flowers and flowerbeds within the town. Please contact the Town Clerk on townclerk@polegate-tc.co.uk for information.
