This website is intended as a source of information for the residential and business community of Polegate and for social and business visitors.

Polegate Town Masterplan

Polegate's Masterplan is a strategic document to guide and co-ordinate future development in the town. The plan is constantly under review and residents are welcome to submit their views to the Council via the Town Clerk at any time.

The Masterplan can be found here.

There will be a meeting of the Masterplan and Planning Policy Working Group in the Council chamber between 6.30 - 7.30pm on Monday 13th February.
